How do you get my information?

Most of the information you, the customer, provide us with happens when you’re engaging with us and our brand. 

This could be from anything from browsing the site, to purchasing and registering for an account. 

When creating and registering an account, you may provide us with personal information including your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, date of birth and other general marketing preferences. 

We may also receive information from you via you entering one of our competitions, participating in any feedback questionnaires around your shopping experience with us, or from any communication you may have with our customer services team.

What do you do with my information?

That might seem like a lot but the reason behind our data collection is to ensure that we give you the best service we possibly can.  This information allows us to get your order out to you, let you know when it is coming and prevent fraud. 

We also use the above data to give you what you want, let you see our fab new products and if there are any hot promotions on at the moment.  We only want to provide the best user experience for our customers.

We may occasionally send out emails concerning new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You can stop these at any time by:

How do you get my consent?

How about my payment details?

Republic Market does not collect or store any of your payment information. 

Credit Card & PayPal Balance Payment

We offer credit card payments via PayPal integration and also accept payment using your PayPal balance. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy, which is available at We do not control  PayPal's use of the data it collects.

Internet Banking / ATM Transfers

We accept internet bank transfers, ATM transfers and cash deposit machine payments to our bank accounts. All such transactions are subject to the privacy policy of the bank that you made the transfer from.

Do you give my information to third parties?

Republic Market will not disclose any of your information to any third parties except in a situation where it is part of providing a service to you. This includes arranging for your order to be delivered to you, carrying out security checks and for the purposes of customer research or when you have given us permission to do so. 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
