What's your return policy?

▶ We guarantee all our products to be free of manufacturing errors or 
product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund in the form of an in-store gift voucher.

▶ We make personalised gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it! Your personalised cushion covers are customised just for you! We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. However, if we have made a mistake, we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund in the form of an in-store voucher if that's what you prefer.

▶ We guarantee that if for whatsoever reason you've changed your mind on your purchase,  we'll exchange it for you with any other product or a full refund in the form of an in-store gift voucher. You need to contact us within 30 days of when you got it and the product can not be a customised item. The only times we don't accept an exchange is if it is has been used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.

Can I change my order or cancel it?

▶ You may be able to change or cancel your order within a short period of ordering. You will be unable to do this on the site and should contact customer service via email at [email protected] or click HERE to contact us.

▶ All sales however, are final and strictly no cancellations once payment is received.

Can I get a refund after I've received my order?

▶  Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.  We also do not refund for changes in delivery lead times, pre-orders or for customised orders. But we are always happy to offer you a store credit or an exchange within our 30 day exchange period. (Only customised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded for a store credit)

How about sale items?

▶ Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.

How about pre-order / back order / personalised or customised order?

Republic Market is proud to offer personalised and customised products to our customers. Certain items are also sold on a pre-ordered basis.

Please be aware of the following conditions of sale that apply to these types of orders.

▶ Estimated delivery dates for the item will be listed on the product page as a guide for your information prior to purchase. We also encourage you to contact us prior to purchase to confirm any delivery or lead times if your order is time sensitive or needed by a specific date.

▶ Due to circumstances outside of our control there can be changes to delivery lead times and product availability. We will do our best to keep you updated with any changes if they happen.

▶ We cannot offer refunds for any Pre Order, Back Order, Customised or Personalised Order but we will happily offer you a store credit or exchange at any time prior to your order being dispatched from us.

I received the wrong product/ faulty / wrongly printed / defected product!

We will replace items at our cost if we have sent you a wrong item, your order was wrongly printed or if they are defective or damaged (not including damage caused in transit or by contractors, movers or installers such as electricians etc). If you need to arrange a replacement please  fill up our Product Return Form HERE to arrange. 

You must report any faults within 3 days of receiving your item.

▶ If the goods are faulty we will cover the return postage cost and you can then choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

▶ Many of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. If you have questions about a particular product or want to see more before purchasing please get in touch, we are happy to help.

How do I request for exchange/replacement/refund?

You can request for a refund for store credit, replacement item or exchange for another item by filling up our Product Return Form HERE  to arrange. 

You have up to 30 days to make a request but you must report any faults within 3 days of receiving your item.

Please give us up to 2 working days to process your request. Thank you!
